Our story
Still on the same lane
L S Fencing opened in Yakima on April 26, 1974. Our logo reads “Fencing Pros, Since 1974.” In 2024 we put a “Celebrating 50 Years” seal on it and kept working. The yard is still at 1711 Swier Ln, and the phone still rings at (509) 452-3000.
It is a family business. Customers name Jason as the man who installs, and one of them wrote that “Jason and his family do wonderful work.” We take that as the right description: a family that has built fence in this valley since 1974.
We are a licensed Washington contractor, number STILEID830CL, and we do both residential and commercial work. That covers a 4 ft backyard run for the dog, 800 feet of chain link around a Selah property, and tall screened fence around a business. If the job is a fence or a gate, it is probably one we have already built.

The everyday hustle of fencing

Summer is our busiest time of year, for jobs and for walk-in customers. The yard counter is open Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM. If you need a run built, start with the contact page and we will call you back to set up the estimate.

Where we work
Yakima County to Moses Lake and the Tri-Cities
Most of our jobs are close to home: Yakima, Selah, Union Gap, Wapato, Toppenish, Zillah, Granger, Sunnyside and Prosser. We also travel out to Moses Lake, Kennewick and Richland.
