Chapter one

Chain link fence

Chain link leads our list. We build it in galvanized or black vinyl-coated fabric, from a 4 ft fence around a backyard for the dog to tall screened walls around an industrial yard. This July the crew finished 800 ft of 5 ft chain link around a property in Selah.

A chain-link fence holds up or sags depending on the parts you cannot see from the road: terminal posts set deep in concrete, a top rail through every post, and tension bars and bands that pull the fabric tight instead of just tying it on. One customer asked Jason for a 4 ft fence around a new backyard and wrote that the attention to detail was second to none.

Slats woven through chain link turn an open fence into a screen for a back lot, an equipment area or a utility enclosure. On July 24 the crew wrapped up a 6 ft job and an 8 ft job in brown Viewguard in Yakima, and we also build black-slat enclosures for businesses.

Gates + gate operators

Walk gates, double drive gates, rolling gates and gate operators, built to match the fence they sit in. We also fix the gate you already own. A customer wrote that we “always have been able to help with our gate problems in a timely, orderly, and professional fashion.”

Three more ways we work: fence that is meant to be looked at, fence built to a measurement, and fence you pick up and put up yourself.

Ornamental fence: Black ornamental fence for front walks, garden paths and yards where the fence is part of how the property looks. Gates are matched to the run, so the walk gate and the fence read as one piece.
Custom steel fencing: On June 29 the crew set custom 10 ft steel fencing for a business in Union Gap, built to exact measurements and assembled on site. When a stock product will not fit the property, this is the answer.
Fence supplies + walk-ins: The yard at 1711 Swier Ln is open Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Do-it-yourselfers can buy chain link, slats and gate panels over the counter. Bring your measurements and the people there will help you build the list.
